Why integrated inspection &
technical services matter

Today’s industrial, infrastructure and service organizations face overlapping demands:

  • Stricter safety and environmental regulations.

  • Complex equipment and aging assets that must remain safe and reliable.

  • Customers and financiers demanding visible proof of compliance and integrity.

Fragmented inspections, unstructured reports, and ad hoc testing make it hard to see the full picture.

BGMC brings inspection, testing, and technical services together under one umbrella so you can move from isolated checks to a coherent integrity and safety program.

The BGMC Inspection & , Asset Integrity Approach

We align our methods with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements for competence, impartiality, and consistent inspection activities.

1. Understand context & requirements

1. Clarify applicable standards and codes (client specs, OEM manuals, local regulations, HSE rules).
2. Define inspection scope, locations, equipment lists, and timelines.
3. Agree on reporting format (checklists, photographic evidence, color-coded risk ratings, digital certificates, etc.).

2. Plan inspection and resources

1. Assign competent inspectors with relevant domain experience (lifting, storage systems, mechanical, HSE, etc.).
2. Develop inspection plans and checklists tailored to your industry and risk profile.
3. Coordinate site access, permit-to-work, and safety protocols.

3. Understand context & requirements

1. Perform visual examination, dimensional checks, functional tests, and load tests where applicable. Identify non-conformities, hazards, and deterioration (corrosion, deformation, misalignment, overloading, poor installation, etc.).
2. Engage with your maintenance / operations teams onsite to clarify findings.

4. Report, classify, and recommend

Provide structured reports with:
1. Clear status (pass, conditional, fail).
2. Risk-based classification (e.g., red/amber/green).
3. Photographic and measurement evidence.
4. Corrective and preventive action recommendations. Optionally integrate reports into your digital asset / QHSE system.

5. Support follow-up & continuous

Re-inspection after corrective actions where required. Periodic inspection schedules and compliance calendars. Training and awareness for your team on inspection findings and good practices.
