Module 1: Introduction to Primavera P6 & Project Management Fundamentals

What is Primavera P6 & why use it?
Project management lifecycle (Initiation → Planning → Execution → Monitoring → Closing)

Module 2: Software Navigation & Project Setup

Install / access Primavera P6 (or setup database, login process)
