Third-Party Inspection Services
In today’s competitive and compliance-driven environment, organizations must ensure that products, equipment, and projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory conformity. Third-party inspection provides an unbiased verification process, safeguarding client interests by ensuring that deliverables meet required specifications—without compromise.
BGMC delivers ISO/IEC 17020–aligned Third-Party Inspection Services, helping clients validate quality, performance, and compliance at every stage of the product or project lifecycle. Our inspectors ensure transparency, credibility, and confidence through independent verification.

What Are Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Services?
Third-party inspection involves an independent inspection body evaluating products, equipment, materials, and processes to verify compliance with:
Technical specifications
Contract requirements
Industry standards & design codes
Regulatory mandates
Safety and operational expectations
Because BGMC is not involved in manufacturing or procurement, we deliver impartial and unbiased assessment—a key expectation of ISO/IEC 17020.
Our Inspection Services
Scope of BGMC Third-Party Inspection Services
The scope of BGMC’s Third-Party Inspection Services includes independent verification of product quality, supplier compliance, fabrication processes, documentation accuracy, and regulatory requirements to ensure that delivered goods and equipment meet all technical and contractual specifications.
Pre-Production
We review drawings and design documents, material certificates, welding procedure qualifications, and supplier readiness, including raw material availability. This ensures manufacturing starts correctly, aligns with specifications, and meets all contractual requirements.
Stage-Wise Inspection
During fabrication or manufacturing, BGMC verifies material identification and traceability, welding and fabrication quality, dimensional accuracy, heat treatment and forming processes, surface preparation and coating, and functional performance. We also witness and verify all required NDT activities. This prevents early-stage issues from turning into costly rework later in the project.
Final Inspection
We conduct a comprehensive assessment to confirm conformity with specifications, workmanship quality, functional performance, and compliance with acceptance criteria, along with verifying all NDT and testing results. This final review is essential before dispatch or commissioning.
Witnessing of Tests
BGMC provides independent witnessing for hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, all major NDT methods (UT, MPI, DPI, RT, PAUT), mechanical tests such as tensile, impact, and hardness, as well as load tests, FATs, and SATs. This ensures that all tests are performed correctly, documented properly, and produce reliable results.
Packing, Marking & Shipment Inspection
Before dispatch, we verify packing condition and compliance, ensure proper preservation and protection of equipment, check labeling and documentation, confirm quantities, and supervise container loading. These steps reduce the risk of damage, loss, or shipment rejection.
Vendor Assessment & Expediting Support
We evaluate supplier capability and capacity, monitor production progress, assess resource availability, review quality management practices, and verify delivery schedule compliance. These insights help clients make informed procurement decisions and select reliable vendors.

How It Works
Case 1: Boiler Safety Compliance Assessment
A manufacturing plant needed a full inspection to meet regulatory requirements. BGMC performed external and internal boiler examinations, checked safety devices, reviewed NDT results, and verified operational controls. The plant achieved compliance and cleared its annual safety audit without observations.
Case 2: Performance & Efficiency Optimization
A textile facility reported high fuel consumption and unstable steam output. BGMC conducted a boiler performance assessment, analyzing combustion efficiency, heat losses, and water chemistry. Corrective actions improved efficiency by 12% and stabilized steam pressure during peak production.
Case 3: Shutdown Boiler Integrity Verification
An industrial site required boiler readiness checks before restarting after a shutdown. BGMC performed tube inspections, refractory evaluation, pressure part integrity checks, and safety valve verification. The boiler was declared fit for service, enabling safe and timely plant restart.
