Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Ultrasonic testing is used to detect internal cracks, thickness loss, laminations, and other material discontinuities. It is essential for assessing the integrity of pressure vessels, storage tanks, pipelines, forgings, and structural components.

Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement

Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT) determines remaining wall thickness, corrosion rates, and estimated remaining life, making it a critical technique for RBI programs and in-service inspection planning.

Radiographic Testing

Radiographic Testing (X-ray or Gamma Ray) is used for weld quality assessment, detection of internal defects, and high-precision imaging. It is ideal for pipeline welds, pressure vessel joints, castings, and other critical components where internal integrity must be verified.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) detects surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials, including welds, castings, structural steel, and critical load-bearing components. It is widely used in construction, fabrication, and lifting equipment inspections to ensure material integrity and safety.

Dye Penetrant Testing

Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) is a simple yet highly effective method for detecting surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, welds, and precision-machined parts. It is ideal for identifying cracks, porosity, and other surface discontinuities.

Visual Testing

Visual Testing is performed using borescopes, mirrors, weld gauges, cameras, and measurement tools to assess surface condition and identify defects. As the foundation of all quality and safety checks, VT provides the first and most essential layer of inspection assurance.
